Analysis and planning

Drawing on experience with high-load logistics hubs, Modsen experts audited the SAP structure and facility operational processes. UX/UI design

Our designers and analysts developed an interface tailored to warehouse environment specifics. We focused on ergonomics, creating high-contrast interfaces, and simplifying the registration process to a few clicks. An interactive prototype allowed the partner to test the system before development began, ensuring all necessary end-product functionality was addressed.

Development followed Agile methodology with two-week sprints. This approach ensured full transparency: through regular demos, the client monitored functional dynamics, allowing for rapid system calibration to evolving logistics requirements.

Testing

QA engineers conducted a series of load tests simulating peak staff activity. Particular attention was paid to calibrating geofencing algorithms to minimize GPS signal errors within heavy warehouse structures. Testing verified geofence accuracy and integration gateway stability, ensuring data parity between the app and SAP accounting frameworks.

Partner acceptance

The transition to production followed comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT). On-site testing was organized at warehouse terminals, confirming software resilience across devices with varying performance specs. Successful verification of all control scenarios in a live environment allowed the partner to accept the product without remarks.
