The process of collecting attendance data at the entrance was not fully refined. The team faced the following objectives:

Particular attention was paid to calibrating geofencing algorithms to minimize GPS signal errors within heavy warehouse structures. Testing verified geofence accuracy and integration gateway stability, ensuring data parity between the app and SAP accounting frameworks.
The transition to production followed comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT). On-site testing was organized at warehouse terminals, confirming software resilience across devices with varying performance specs. Successful verification of all control scenarios in a live environment allowed the partner to accept the product without remarks.
Following the successful launch, our team provided continuous real-time system monitoring. We continue to maintain integration gateway performance and promptly adapt functionality to changing business requirements and SAP platform updates.
